Last steps of Impuls'Her Projects

By Laetitia Craig | Laetitia Craig

Impuls’her Projects is now up and running both in Cameroon and Bolivia. Our team in France contacted Mr Lama from Medialude in order to create a simulation game specifically designed for the participants of Impuls’Her Projects. The game will be tested by our teams before using it on site.

So far, in Cameroon, four international volunteers have takenpart in the ‘micro entrepreneurship for women’ project as part of Impuls’Her Projects. Alongside local tutors, they taught the fundamentals of entrepreneurship. Classes will soon be over, and the second phase of personal coaching will begin for the 11 teenagers and young women who decided to integrate Impuls’Her Projects.

In Bolivia, three international volunteers have already takenpart in the ‘professional integration for young women’ project as part of Impuls’Her Projects. Classes have just started for the girls who are part of the project. As the project started later than in Cameroon, the local team had more time to hire tutors and elaborate the training program most adapted for the girls. Our psychologist has already started group coaching with the girls.

Both teams are deeply involved in the project and we are very enthusiastic about it. We hope that Impuls'Her Project will be a sustainable project, implemented each year with the aim to help young women in difficulty to find their path. We need your support more than ever, we trust in this project and hope that together we will impulse women to empowerment in Bolivia and Cameroon.
