Celebrating the Commitment and Passion of Our Facilitators Teachers
We are pleased to share with you an exciting update about the incredible work our Facilitators Teachers are doing in our beneficiary communities. At Aula Mágica, we believe that preschool education transforms lives, and our teachers are the backbone of our success. Our entire team of Teacher Facilitators serves more than 310 children, in more than 24 different communities in Guatemala. And this 2024 we are working in the departments of Quiché, Sololá and Huehuetenango!
Our facilitators consistently demonstrate their unwavering dedication to the academic and personal development of every student. They are not just educators; they are mentors, motivators, and guides who ignite the spark of curiosity and learning in their students. Day after day, they bring creativity, innovation, and a genuine love for teaching into the classroom, inspiring students to explore, discover, and grow.

Our facilitatos are implementing innovative methodologies to engage children in the learning process, from playful activities to interactive projects that spark curiosity and creativity.
In an ever-changing environment, our facilitatos have demonstrated admirable adaptability and resilience. They tailor their approach to each child's needs, providing individualized support to ensure that each one reaches their full potential.
Beyond the classroom, our facilitatos are actively involved in the community, establishing strong bonds with families and collaborating on initiatives that promote the holistic development of children.
