Our Preschool Facilitators!

Through our years of experience working in each community with our preschool program, supporting hundreds of 4, 5, and 6 year old children, we’ve had the privilege of meeting and working alongside our Preschool Facilitators as we lovingly and respectfully call them. They have proven to be outstanding examples of community commitment through early childhood education!

Our preschool facilitators have been, and continue to be, essential to the holistic development of our children. They nurture their independence, confidence, creativity, and self expression, while also helping them build social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills.

Preschool facilitators play a key role in the development of future generations. They support the growth of children in physical and motor, emotional, communication, social, and cognitive areas helping each child reach their full potential in every dimension.

They encourage children to be confident and independent, while also inspiring creativity and spontaneous self-expression fostering their unique individual abilities.

The goal of our preschool facilitators in each classroom is to design environments and daily opportunities for exploration, hands on experiences, and consistent routines.

Our facilitators are skilled in their disciplines and, through active and engaging methodologies, provide the tools children need to understand the world in many different ways.

Their role is no longer that of a traditional teacher who simply delivers information. Instead, they focus on unlocking the full potential of each child by responding to everyday situations that are meaningful and relevant to their development.
