A dedicated team of women, made up of 24 caregiving aunts and 14 nurses at Hogar Bambi Venezuela, played a key role in the daily care and support of our children and adolescents during the second quarter of 2025. Organized into 4 rotating groups, they work 24-hour shifts followed by 48 hours off, starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending the next day at 8:30 a.m., ensuring consistent and stable care for each child.
Besides overseeing daily routines, cleaning, and organizing spaces, these women accompany the children on outings, events, and educational reinforcement activities. They also lead recreational activities during school breaks and provide specialized care for children in post-operative isolation.
Their work is much more than assistance — it is emotional presence, constant guidance, and protection. Each shift is a testament to their dedication and vocation, directly impacting the emotional and physical well-being of our children.
Thanks to our donors, this team continues to provide love and care to those who need it most. Your support sustains the heart of Hogar Bambi.
