Gift an education...Make a life !

Dear Patrons,

Board exams are a checkpoint for assessing students’
grasp on the subjects, their ability to describe their
understanding of the subjects, and to give an indication
as to whether they are ready to move ahead with their
higher education.

Isha Vidhya 12^th grade students took the HSC board
exams recently, and they posted a 100% Pass result!
HSC is ‘Higher Secondary Certificate’ otherwise known
as ‘Pre University College’ (PUC) in some states in India.
The next logical step for the students after clearing
these exams is to join a college for their under-graduate
degree, or opt for a diploma course!

All the 182 Isha Vidhya students from the seven schools
cleared the exams. The 100% Pass result would not have
been possible without the students’ hard work, support
of their parents, dedication of the teachers, and support
from the school staff. We take this occasion to thank
everybody involved for making this happen!

Saravanan of Erode School not only scored 531 out of 600
and stood first in all the Isha Vidhya schools, but also
scored 100% in the Accountancy subject!

We should keep it in mind that these students are
first-generation school-goers from their underprivileged
families, and have struggled against all odds in achieving
what they have achieved! We would like to congratulate
all the students for this phenomenal achievement!
