Diwan, son of a fisherman, is 5'7”.
He loves high-jump. Last year, he
won the first prize at the Zonal level
high-jump event. He won at the
district level too! He was part of the
volleyball team that took the first
place at the zonal meet.
What started as a childhood dream
soon became a serious endeavor,
with his sports teachers honing his
athletic skills. Diwan practices yoga
as he thinks it will refine his life.
Diwan, who joined Isha Vidhya’s
Cuddalore school in Grade 2, is
now studying in Grade 11. He has
trained his sights to set up his own
software company in line with his
passion for coding and robotics!
Diwan is an inspiration for all of
us in nurturing his in-built talent
as well setting his career goal early
in life. We wish Diwan the very
best in his endeavors.
We thank you for supporting
your project Isha Vidhya, which
has been working tirelessly for the
past 15 years to educate rural
children like Diwan. We look
forward for your continued
engagement.
Thanks & Best Regards,
