Anusara, who is currently studying in
Grade 8 at Isha Vidhya’s Nagercoil school,
won a certificate of participation when
she was in Grade 6 in the Indian Talent
Exam at the National Level Competition
 in General Knowledge.

 This spunky youngster discovered
 (from research) that many successful
IAS officers had studied GK from their
childhood in preparation for the IAS
entrance exams so she's chosen the
same route. She started preparing to
fulfill her dream to become an IAS
officer when she was in Grade 6.

Her father works in a teashop.
Anusara relies on the school library
 to expand her general knowledge.
 She goes through the newspaper
 every day thoroughly besides
 devouring the library books.

Her teachers, too, have given her
all the support to sharpen her
 general knowledge and encourage
 her to participate in numerous
 competitions. But it's her mother
who has inspired her to become
an IAS officer, supporting the poor
 and down-trodden.

 Indian Administrative Service (IAS)
 through General Knowledge! How
 does that sound?!
