Dear Donors,
With your overwhelming support, Isha Vidhya got accredited last year with Global Giving, a well-known and respected online platform for global fundraising. The children studying at Isha Vidhya school at Dharmapuri, Tamilnadu, India benefitted immensely through your donations. I feel so glad to share that we have raised $14,273 through 137 donations by direct donations and corporate employee gift cards. I am also glad to share that your project Isha Vidhya has been placed as a ‘Leader’ among the Global Giving projects, which enables access and exposure to more corporate, social media and ability to run micro-projects.
However, challenges remain in terms of infrastructure funding as we need equip all the 8 Isha Vidhya schools, for which we continue to raise funds through Global Giving.
I am pleased to share that Microsoft will be matching 100%, the donations made at Global Giving Isha Vidhya project page on June 25th. The link to donate is:
