Since the start of Airlink's response in October, we have supported the delivery of 60 tons of humanitarian aid on behalf of 8 of our NGO partenrs. Additionally, Airlink has transported 35 skilled volunteers to support relief operations on the ground.
The situation worsens each day as civilians receive less than 10% of the aid needed in Gaza. A complex logistics environment, including trucking through neighboring countries and Gaza border clearance, has stalled the delivery of life-saving relief items. In addition, aid organizations are finding it increasingly difficult to locally procure supplies, making international procurement, logistics and local transportation an essential component of any humanitarian organization’s response in Gaza.
Primary needs in Gaza include: medical supplies, medicines, mobile health clinics, WASH and hygiene support, emergency kits, temporary shelters, food items and distribution, water distribution, non-food items, etc.
Airlink has 125+ tons of crtical aid in the pipeline that needs to be transported, but we need your help to get it there! Please consider continuiong your support today to help Airlink's long-term response.
