Dear supporters,
Thanks to your generous support and the trust of our partners, JoodKITCHEN continues to come to life. Every milestone brings us one step closer to our vision: creating a social restaurant where people experiencing homelessness and extreme vulnerability can gain professional skills, rebuild their confidence, and access sustainable employment.
Over the past few months, the project has made significant progress.
The technical installation of the professional kitchen has now been completed. The cold storage rooms have been installed, along with the air conditioning system, and all tiling work has been successfully completed. These essential milestones are transforming the space into a fully functional training and restaurant facility.
We are now entering the final phase of the project. Interior finishing, painting, and the installation of safety railings are currently underway. With every finishing touch, JoodKITCHEN moves closer to opening its doors.
But we are building much more than a restaurant.
We are creating a place where people who have experienced homelessness will have the opportunity to learn a profession, regain their dignity, and rebuild their future. Every wall, every installation, and every completed task represents another step toward creating lasting opportunities and restoring hope.
As construction progresses, our focus is now turning to an equally important challenge: preparing for the launch of the restaurant.
To ensure a successful opening and provide the highest quality support to our future beneficiaries, we still need to cover the initial operating costs, including training materials, food supplies, mentoring, staff, and the day-to-day expenses required to start the program under the best possible conditions.
