Keep a Roof Over the Heads of 83 Orphans

We would like to humbly share an update with you regarding the children under the project “Keep a Roof Over the Heads of 83 Orphans ”. Your continued kindness ensures that these children not only have shelter, but also safety, stability, and hope for the future.

At this time in Thailand, children across the country are preparing for their school examinations. At Mercy Centre, we gently remind our children that education is one of the most important gifts they can receive. We encourage them to see learning as a pathway to independence — a way to build confidence, discover their talents, and create opportunities for their own future. Education gives them choices. It gives them dignity. Most importantly, it allows them to stand firmly on their own feet one day.

Because of your support, our home remains a secure and nurturing place where the children can focus on their studies without fear. Our team provides tutoring, guidance, and encouragement, helping them prepare with confidence and determination.

Last year, we opened our doors to welcome nine new children into our care. This year, we have welcomed four more — most of them between 3 to 6 years old, while others are studying at primary and secondary levels. Each child arrives with a different story. Some have experienced life on the streets, homelessness, difficult living conditions, or violence within their families. These early hardships are heavy burdens for young hearts.

Mercy Centre strives to be a safe haven for them — a place where they can rest, heal, and simply be children again. A place where laughter slowly replaces fear, and where dreams begin to grow.

Your generosity makes this possible. By supporting this program, you are not only keeping a roof over their heads — you are helping us create a home filled with care, structure, warmth, and protection. You are giving them stability during their most vulnerable years.
