The future of any community lies in its children, especially its girls. In Makurdi, girls face unique challenges—poverty, violence, and lack of safe spaces mean too many are forced to leave school early.
The Keep Girls in School Through Sports project tackles this head-on. We use sport as a gateway to education, combining regular football training, competitions, and mentoring with leadership and life-skills workshops. By supporting 300 girls, we’re helping them build confidence, resilience, and a love of learning.
Now is the time to act. Each girl we reach is another step toward breaking the cycle of poverty and exclusion. With your backing, we’ll train coaches, involve parents, and create environments where girls are safe, valued, and inspired.
Your donation doesn’t just keep girls in school—it creates ripple effects, building stronger, more equitable communities. Join us in making an immediate difference. Your support matters—give today.
