Thanks to everyone who has donated.
We are a very small charity formed after our sister passed away in April 2017.
We don't have any employees and resources are tight since it's mainly just the voluntary committment of myself and my brother and sister. But we have big ambitions and wish to raise sufficient funds to purchase a one of a kind machine for CUH in Cork. This would be of great benefit to cancer treatment not only in the Cork region but in the Munster region.
We have not been publicizing our page as much as we should as we have other priorities (such as Karen Fenton Memorial Run which was a huge success in April 2018 and April 2019 - see www.karenfenton.ie).
We have received about $1500 so far on this project. It's small but all donations are greatly appreciated.
Overall our fundraising (including the memorial run and other actvities outside of GlobalGiving) to date has taken us to about $70,000 and our target to be able to purchase the machine is $100,000.
Kind regards
