KIDS Support Groups in Brazil

In February, the Blue Cross Brazil team had trainings for new group support leaders in Benedito Novo and Florianopolis. Additionally, there was an internal training session for new employees in the prevention sector in Blumenau. The training sessions of new leaders aim to provide assistance to a greater number of children across Brazil. 

Furthermore, the annual internal training involving all Blue Cross Brazil staff members took place in Jaragua. Team-building activities are essential for promoting and strengthening cohesion and trust within a team. Numerous leaders within the KIDS support groups are instrumental in ensuring the program’s success in reaching vulnerable children and offering assistance and care to their families. They provide invaluable guidance during a critical time in one’s life, when behavior and decision-making are particularly susceptible to influence. The dedication and motivation of many staff members enable the ongoing work to expand steadily. Thanks to the collective effort of many, the work in Brazil is expanding and making a greater impact on the lives of numerous individuals. 

In February, a parental guidance group was held at a textile company. It’s crucial to involve parents in the program as they play an essential role in children’s life. The goal is to empower parents and provide them with valuable insights to support their children in leading healthy lives.
