HyungJun first arrived at a KKOOM-supported children’s home in 2017 when he was 11-months-old. He is a former KKOOM preschool scholar and we wanted to ask his house mother a few questions to see how he’s been doing since his preschool days. Below is a direct translation of the answers from the house mother.
What grade is HyungJun in now and how old is he?
When he first arrived, he was malnourished. How is HyungJun’s health now?
What are HyungJun’s favorite foods?
What is HyungJun’s personality like?
How have you seen HyungJun grow since arriving at Samsungwon in 2017?
Without KKOOM’s support, HyungJun would not have attended school until he was 5 years old. His house mother is so thankful that he was able to attend preschool. Some of the benefits of early child education is that it improves a child’s overall well-being, curiosity, independence, and encourages social and emotional development.
HyungJun’s enrollment in preschool made a big difference in his life, thanks to the support from the KKOOM community. Thank you for making dreams more possible by funding an early childhood education for HyungJun!
