Kush is killing future leaders rapidly

Children In Need Organization (CINORG), first engagement with kroobay community stakeholders. 

Date: 25th, September 2025.

Location:Kroobay Community 

INTRODUCTION:

Cinorg successfully conducted its first community engagement meeting with stakeholders from the Kroobay Community to discuss the upcoming Kush is killing future leaders rapidly project.

The meeting aimed to inform, consult, and involve participants across the community, ensuring transparency and gathering valuable feedback.

MEETING OBJECTIVES:

Introduce the project concept and objectives.

Gather feedback and concerns from community stakeholders.

Build trust and establish a collaborative relationship.

KEY DISCUSSION POINTS:

Project Overview and goals.

Potential impact on the community. 

Community concerns and suggestions 

ENGAGEMENT OUTCOMES:

The community stakeholders appreciated the transparency and inclusivity of the engagement process.

Valuable feedback was collected which will inform project development, and implementation.

A foundation for trust and collaboration was established between Cinorg and the Kroobay Community.

NEXT STEPS:

Analyse and incorporate community feedback into project planning.

Schedule follow-up meeting to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.

Continue to build on the momentum and trust established during this initial engagement.

CONCLUSION:

The first community engagement meeting was a success, demonstrating Cinorg's  commitment to stakeholders engagement and community involvement. We look forward to continuing this collaborative approach throughout the project life cycle
