Progress Update
We are pleased to share an update on the development of our women's leadership program in Hungary. Over the past months, we have made significant strides in preparing for the program's launch, ensuring a strong foundation for its success.
Instructor and Contributor Engagement
We have thoroughly researched and contacted all instructors and other participants involved in the program. Our team is currently in the process of finalizing contracts with the 21 professional contributors who will bring their expertise and insights to our participants.
Curriculum and Case Study Development
To ensure the highest quality of educational content, we have conducted an extensive search for:
Academic instructors who can support the development of background materials for the program’s instructors.
Harvard case studies that align with the 14 core topics covered in the program, providing real-world insights and critical learning opportunities.
Cases that highlight local star business stories, showcasing best practices and successful leadership examples from the Hungarian market.
Program Materials and Outreach
As part of our efforts to promote and provide clear information about the program, we have developed both a dedicated program leaflet and a comprehensive subpage on our website (willfoundation.eu/willprogram). These materials are designed to offer detailed insights into the curriculum, instructors, and expected outcomes, helping prospective participants and stakeholders understand the program's value.
We remain committed to ensuring the successful launch of this initiative and appreciate the support of our donors and partners in making this possible. Thank you for believing in our mission to empower women leaders in Hungary.
