We are happy to share that the WILL Program has officially launched! Our first cohort of participants has already completed the international module - delivered in collaboration with Harvard Division of Continuing Education - and began their domestic sessions in Hungary.
The program has kicked off with strong momentum. In the first local sessions, participants have already explored topics such as:
Advanced Career Strategies
Effective Stakeholder Management
Self-Representation in Leadership Roles
Beyond the classroom, the group is beginning to bond and form a supportive community. Early feedback from LinkedIn comments and participant conversations reflects a strong sense of connection, enthusiasm, and inspiration within the cohort. The participants are not only learning from outstanding instructors, but also from each other - building a network that we hope will support them far beyond the program.
Although our fundraising through GlobalGiving this year has been modest, every contribution helped us take these meaningful steps forward. We sincerely thank you for your support, which has contributed to launching a program that is already making an impact on the next generation of women leaders in Hungary.
