We are pleased to report that the WILL Program continues to move forward successfully.
The first cohort of the program is currently in progress. Participants have already completed the international module and five out of the nine planned domestic training days in Hungary. During these sessions, participants work with experienced practitioners and experts on leadership topics that help them navigate complex professional environments and prepare for greater leadership responsibilities.
In addition to the training itself, a strong professional community is forming among the participants. The cohort is gradually developing into a supportive peer network where participants learn not only from instructors but also from each other’s experiences.
At the same time, we have already started preparing the next cohort of the WILL Program. This includes refining the curriculum, coordinating with instructors, and reaching out to potential participants who are interested in joining the next cycle.
We are grateful to everyone who supports our work. Even small contributions help us continue building a program that equips women leaders with the knowledge, connections, and confidence needed to advance in their careers and contribute to stronger organizations in Hungary and the wider region.
