Dear supporter,
In the last three months, we have successfully organized 4 trainings for our mentii students in Istanbul: "Career planning", "Presentation techniques", "CV preparation" and "Interview techniques"- all of them necessary tools for students who will be looking for jobs in the near future.
With the help of an independent survey company , we have also conducted a survey where all our mentors and mentii students took part and got a very positive result with a high satisfaction rate. The survey was also evaluated separately for each CYDD branch taking part in the program.
To further evaluate our 6th year in the program , Progress Monitoring and Evaluation Sessions were held with 100 mentors and 120 mentii students through branch coordinators and the results will be used to to plan our 7th term.
