The 12th term of the Project ended in June. Applications for the 13th term are now being accepted.
Institutional support for ÇYDD Mentoring Project continues. One of these supports was designed to provide mentoring and internship support for students affected by the earthquake. Necessary discussions and announcements have been made for cooperation, and an additional project for students affected by the earthquake has started. On the other hand, with another institutional support aimed at attracting female mentees, online trainings were provided to mentees for a period of 7 weeks as of the end of March. The trainings, which last approximately one hour each, focused on topics such as CV Preparation, focusing on strengths and aspects that need improvement, and self-awareness.
In addition to transferring information to the participants at the meetings, they were also guided on their mentoring journey. Additionally, the use of Mentornity and access to helpful tools and resources were also touched upon. Before some meetings, surveys were conducted to find out the situation of the participants.
