Lent 2025 Project-Investing in Sustainable Future

We are delighted to share a significant update on the Directors' house project. Thanks to your continued support, we have made wonderful progress, and we wanted to let you know how your generosity is translating into peace and stability for Ruth and Daniel.

Building Comfort and Peace

 We are glad to say that the project is progressing well, and the relief we feel is immense. We were concerned that as the rainy season approached, we would once again face the difficulty of heavy leaks and have to use buckets to pour out water from the house.

Because of the work funded by your gifts, those issues have been resolved. Though the home is not yet fully completed, we must say that we are already staying comfortable and peaceful, knowing that the space is secure and dry.

Challenges and Transparency

 We want to be transparent about the timeline. The construction has been slower than anticipated because we encountered some necessary challenges:

• We had some structural changes that required the involvement of the District Planner.

• The Planner recommended we consult a Structural Engineer before continuing, which we did to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance.

• We still have construction materials that have not yet been fully utilized for the final stage of the project.

These steps were essential for safety and have slowed the overall process, but we will share more details as we proceed.

The Impact of Your Support

 This progress gives us the joy and zeal to serve more. Your support allows us the Directors to fully dedicate their time and energy to the mission of Another Hope Children's Ministries, rather than worrying about the house.
