Because of your generous support and sacrifice of your hard earnings towards elderly care, All our elders are very happy, healthy and thanking you for helping them to live with respect and dignity. They are now living without starvation. Now all our neglected elders are free of worries and they are healthy. CHHASE and our staff thank you for your support.

KUMARI’s story:  

Kumari is 83 years old and now she is healthy and happy. She lost her husband before 22 years ago. During her husband was alive, they were having cultivatable land and every year, they were harvesting a large amount of rice, dal, etc.They happily celebrated all the festivals by sharing cooking sweet rice, sweets and they share with neighbours and relatives and shared their happiness. When she lost her husband to accident, she was left with one son.

After 6 years her son started consuming country arrack and sold the lands. 2 years slowly passed and the money what they got has completely spent out. Her son told her to go out of the house and said that he cannot provide food and look after her.

4 years she suffered by begging. She came in our care 7 years back and since then she is living in our care. Now all our elders are sharing their worries with each other’s and become worry-free.
