What can be more satisfying than a warm meal when your tummy is growling? For the Live and Learn in Kenya International children this is a daily delight - 6 days a week! Meals are provided for all of the children in our program, including those attending partner schools, high schools, colleges, and universities. Our school - The Live and Learn in Kenya Primary, Kindergarten, and Junior High School - provides both breakfast and lunch for our children. The mothers come in groups to prepare the meals that sponsors and loving donors provide the funds for every day.
Not only do we provide warm meals at the Live and Learn in Kenya Education Center, but clean filtered water is also available in abundance due to the wonderfully generous donations of a well, water filtering system, and solar energy panels from the firm HUNTER Germany. The water is as clean as bottled water so that even foreign guests can drink it. Wonder of wonders!
