We believe that the next generation is a key driving force for the equitable development of the region. We are a non-profit organization that encourages and supports young people to develop their life project.
We inspire economically low-income youth to access a quality life by supporting their life projects:

The document describes our main actions, results and impact achieved in the last year regarding our three impact units:
1- Forge lab: our online programs for youths from 17 to 24 years old from low-income sectors
2- Forge for Educational systems: programs for teachers of last years of secondary schools
3- Forge Ondemand: educational and training experiences and games for youths that are looking for a job
These actions were developed in Argentina, Brasil, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, Peru and Uruguay
