Almost every day, we see a message that begins: “I’m new here, but I really needed to find a group like this.”
Thanks to your support, more and more mothers of LGBTQ+ children are finding Mama Dragons—often at the exact moment they need it most. In fact, over 800 new members joined our Facebook community just last month alone.Our National Outreach Project has been wildly successful in expanding our reach, ensuring parents across the country—including in remote and isolated areas—can find the support they need.
Through our social media campaign, we highlight:
Real-life stories of parents who have walked this journey, showing new mothers they are not alone.
Opportunities to learn how to become more effective advocates and more affirming, supportive parents.
Core programs like suicide prevention classes and group counseling, so families know where to turn in moments of crisis.
Your support ensures that these stories and resources continue to reach parents nationwide—educating, empowering, and transforming homes into safe, affirming spaces for LGBTQ+ youth.
