In Benin, every meal cooked over wood destroys more forests and harms women's and children's health. Together, we can change this. By training 1,000 women to build 3,000 eco-friendly "Lita" stoves, we'll save lives, protect nature, and give an entire generation a safer future. Act today!
Imagine walking for hours under the burning sun just to gather wood. This is daily life for thousands of women in Benin. Meanwhile, forests vanish, air becomes toxic, and children grow up breathing smoke. Without urgent action, health, nature, and hope will vanish together.
A "Lita" stove changes everything. Made from local earth, it uses 60% less wood, cuts smoke, protects lungs, and saves trees. We will train 1,000 women, giving them lasting skills that nourish families, protect the environment, and free time to build a better future.
By 2035, 30,000 homes and schools will cook without destroying forests, saving 10,000 tons of wood and avoiding 9,000 tons of CO annually. This knowledge will be passed from mother to daughter, fostering a culture of nature protection, self-reliance, and lasting health in Benin, in Africa and in the whole world.
