“Yesterday, a little boy came in and—shhrrrk!—poured all the coins from his piggy bank into the ‘Mailbox for Tribal Children’ donation box,”
the clerk at the convenience store called out to me, visibly surprised and moved.
It turns out that the boy had just moved from Pingtung to Kaohsiung to live with his parents. Back when he was attending an elementary school in a tribal village, he had received one of our mailboxes.
Now, remembering that kindness, he spoke with his mother and decided to donate all the money in his piggy bank—so that other children could also taste the care and warmth that go into every mailbox we make.
Delivering mailboxes is just one part of our mission. What we truly deliver is love—reaching every corner of Taiwan, quietly planting seeds of gratitude and compassion that continue to grow and inspire.
