The "Lulezojne" Scholarship supports underserved youth in Kosovo, girls, rural students, low-income individuals through financial aid, mentorship, and development opportunities. Open to students 18+ with a record of community service, it empowers them to pursue education and give back. In 2025, thanks to your generous support, TOKA successfully raised funds for 22 scholarships. Building on this momentum, our goal is to raise funds for 25 scholarships for 2026, each valued up to 1,000.
Young people in Kosovo face barriers that prevent them from reaching their full potential. Low civic engagement, an outdated education system, and high unemployment rates leave them disconnected and unprepared for the future. In rural areas, gender disparities limit girls' access to education and career opportunities, while rising mental health issues go unaddressed. The "Lulezojne" Scholarship empowers youth to overcome challenges and become leaders of change in their communities.
After a decade of impactful work, TOKA is proud to give back meaningfully. Seeing the great potential of Kosovo's youth, we're proud to continue the "Lulezojne" Scholarship to support the next generation of changemakers. This initiative addresses key challenges by offering financial aid and leadership opportunities. By covering education costs and promoting civic engagement, it empowers youth to grow, lead, and uplift their communities.
25 young people across Kosovo will gain access to higher education and the chance to grow into confident, capable leaders through scholarships. By supporting students who are committed to giving back, the program plants the seeds for long-term community development and a more inclusive, hopeful future for Kosovo. As they give back to their communities, they will play a key role in advancing Kosovo's social, economic, and democratic development.
