Help VIDA Finish Strong in 2019

We thank you for your support as we continue to aid the most vulnerable people in Peru. The systemic poverty coupled with the natural disasters that have struck Peru over the past three years have devastated the most vulnerable communities in Peru. We work with a variety of hospitals and small clinics - providing hospital beds, exam tables and other much needed equipment and supplies. We partner with Peru’s Ministry of Health to bring medical aid to benefit thousands of families all year long. Our work in responding to natural disasters at times can overshadow our 28 years of work helping poor people who lack access to basic healthcare.  Shipments to Peru are expected to surpass $20 million in 2019 as we are working hard to push out as much lifesaving aid in the final 6 weeks of the year.  As we write this report, we are sending a shipment of 32 hospital beds along with 100’s of boxes of supplies.  In addition, we are receiving over 100 beds from Stanford Hospital which we are  expecting to send out within the next 4 weeks.  It is your support that makes these shipments possible.  Without your donations we simply lack the funds to pay for transportation costs.  We look forward to closing out 2019 in strong fashion and carrying our momentum into 2020.
