As the COVID-19 pandemic persists, the consistent need for medical supplies is crucial in countries such as Mali, where over crowded cities and a lack of a robust healthcare system leaves many vulnerable
This is especially true for Mali, specifically among people living with HIV+ and who are already immunocompromised. Mali lacks much of the healthcare infrastructure needed to combat a pandemic of this scale.
As the pandemic prevails, GAIA Vaccine Foundation is working to stay ahead of the curve in terms of medical supplies and preventative measures. Working alongside doctors at the Hope Center Clinic, GAIA Vaccine Foundation is continuing to design approaches to prevent the spread of disease as well as provide testing. However, there is a persistent need for more medical supplies as the pandemic continues to affect the country.
Now more than ever, your donations are greatly appreciated. For a donation of only $10, you would be providing doctors with a new box of gloves. For only $25, you would be providing them with a box of masks. For a donation of $80, you would be giving the Hope Center Clinic a consistent supply of disinfectant as they work to evade the spread of the virus.
