We are thrilled to announce that The Mariposa Center for Girls in Cabarete is expanding! Plans are underway to more than double our space from 5,000 square meters to 10,500 square meters (approximately 2.5 acres).
As many of you know, we have worked for several years to ensure this expansion project comes to fruition. Thanks to your generous continued support, our dreams are becoming a reality. Over the next few years, we will design and construct the first Museum of the Girl and a state-of-the-art Visitor Center! The new center will attract world leaders, girl advocates, and groups and will help to expand Mariposa’s mission and vision around the globe.
As a grassroots organization working to uplift girls out of poverty over the past 15 years, we could not have done any of this without your unwavering support. We hope that you will join us in fundraising efforts to raise $90,000 so that we can officially take full ownership of our future. We are so grateful that you are part of this team and cannot wait to undertake this exciting project together.
