50000 Masks for Vulnerable Communities in COVID-19

Since the pandemic, AIP Foundation with the support of our partners has transformed Protec’s helmet factory to make space for personal protective equipment production. Through this initiative to aid those severely impacted by the pandemic, we donated face masks and gloves to Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and South America. 

"The donation of masks from Protec has come at a critical time. We are extremely grateful that our team will have access to more of the protective equipment they need to stay safe while taking care of their patients. When the Honorary Consulate of Lebanon in Vietnam contacted me about Protec wanting to donate face masks and gloves in support of frontline workers, I was moved by the sense of urgency and generosity of the global community. ” Mr. Jaoudat, the director of a hospital located near the Beirut port explosion, gave his thanks for the 10,000 protective masks and gloves donated by Protec in September 2020. 

Promoting the paramount importance of masks in the fight against the pandemic, as well as the empowerment our mask initiative has brought to the Protec workforce, during the 2021 July Bonus Day we ran a massive social media campaign across our global channels to call for actions and highlight the shared impact we can have. As COVID-19 outbreaks continue to take its toll on our global community, especially the rampage through low and middle income countries, we hope that you join our efforts to provide protection for those who need it most.
