Despite all the challenges faced in the country specially on the security and safety levels, INSAN continued to proved health and medical support to the most marginalized and vulnerable communities in Beirut, Mount Lebanon and the Bekaa, we were unable to access the south of Lebanon a lot because of the security treats.
With the mobile medical unit, INSAN was able to visit remote villages and assist more than 200 people in need of medical support through consultations, referrals and provision of basic medication.
INSAN’s targeted communities are not able or not willing to access regular medical institutions for various reasons; most notably : lack of awareness, lack of identifying documentation, lack of resources, etc… therefore, INSAN has been their safety net for all their medical and health needs.
With your generous support, we were able to continue to conduct our visits and assist these communities, without which they would be encountering serious health issues.
Thank you for your generosity and thank you for always caring for the people most in need.
