In January we bought the medicines and medical equipment for 58 741 USD for Kyiv and regional oncological hospital departments.

We purchased 5394 items, packages and bottles of solutions, antibacterial, antineoplastic, untimetic, untifungal and other medications.
We also bought supplies for the hospitals, which costed 13501 USD, spent 17547 USD for hospital renovation and it's infrastuctural imrovement.

The biggest purchase of January appeared to be Infusion set Terumo Terufision, which costed 3600 USD for 400 items.

January 2018 appeared to be a very successful partnership month for the Fund. In cooperation with another Charity Fund named «Kryla Nadii» and one of the biggest telecommunicational companies - «Kyivstar», we achieved the delivery of the medical equipment to the Western-Ukrainian specialized pediatric center in Lviv.

This medical equipment is aimed to identify the level of methotrexate in blood during the high dosage chemotherapy of a child in order to prevent from intoxication.

We managed to deliver the equipment on time, exactly when the similar but old equipment ran out of reagents as their expiry date was reached and they were not produced anymore.

With the help of the new equipment small patients will be able to get their high dosage chemotherapy without risk to get extra dose of methotrexate, which could be life-threatening.

We’ve set ambitious plans for 2018 year and are looking forward to implement them in life!

We also want to thank all our benefactors for the donations, that help us to support small patients, who lack financial, psychological and informational assistance!
