From vulnerability to opportunity - Thanks to You

Dear AVA Friend

Since my last report, four young people from semi-rural communities — in a province where unemployment is higher than employment — found jobs directly through the Mobile Career Café intervention.

Employment is transformative. It’s not just about earning an income:

  • It improves living standards and builds financial independence
  • It boosts self-esteem, purpose, and identity
  • It creates new networks, friendships, and skills
  • It strengthens CVs and opens doors to future promotions

One of these young people even had a part-time role converted into a permanent position!

This is why the Mobile Career Café exists: to shift young lives from vulnerability to opportunity. And we cannot do it without you.

From March 17–20, donations of $10–$50 will be boosted through GlobalGiving’s Little by Little Campaign. Your support during this time will multiply the impact and help us reach even more youth.

Thank you for being part of this journey of transformation.

Warm regards,

Janine
