Kids report back to school after a two year lock d
By James Malinga | Project Leader
Hi
It's been a very difficult moment of lock down in Uganda, kids spent two years without a formal education, several others especially girls have been married off as others have been impregnated in the process. This program is going to enable girls go back to school especially now targeting those that have been greatly hit by effects of covid19, three girls that are breastfeeding, two pregnant and two young vulnerable girls that if not helped are likely to miss school, this project seeks $850 to enable these girls report back to school this term.
Will you give hope back to these girls? Will you talk to someone to support the cause? Will you help take back seven (7) girls to school for a school term?

Online class in progreaa
Hi there!
I hope all is well with you
Thank you so much for your continued support towards this project, even during lockdown, some children are able to continue studies online using smart phones and computers and radios and those that have not had acess to such have been enabled to access self study materials to enable them continue learning, in fact all children under our care have done tests online or at home and have been promoted to their next classes, we are not so sure of when schools will reopen but government of Uganda proses to reopen schools in January 2022, if all goes well, all children will report to their new classes.
Because of limited funds, our project can not support all needy children, many girls that have not been supported may not be able to report back to school because they have been impregnated or married off. We ask you to continue supporting this program to enable these children continue being occupied with study/home learning materials even when they are at home.
This November, GlobalGiving has organized some bonuses to be given during giving Tuesday, your gift on giving Tuesday would mean a lot in keeping children especially girls busy with study materials even when at home

Children sent back home in a nother lock down
By James Malinga | Project leader
Hi
Thank you so much for your support towards this programme, am sure all of us understand whats going on in the world as countries face lockdowns every other time, as schools re opened in Uganda, they only operated for less than 3 months than another lock down was declared due to the second wave of covid19, some schools have organized virtual lessons as rural school send notes via internet, this requires one to have a smart phone, however, majority of our guardians donot have these gadgets, their children can not access lessons, most of these children have ended up loitering in the streets, indulging in unscruplous activities, young girls being impregnated, children being given hard tasks at home, among others.
This project wil support 150 guardians with moderate smart phones plus internet data to enable them access school lessons daily, however this will be done bit by bit, therefore, this project will this month target to support 20 guardians with moderate smart phones plus a monthly internet data to enable them access learning material via internet from their respective schools, we ask you to allow us channel your next donation to this cause to enable 20 guardians access smart phones to enable their children keep at school virtually.
Thank you
