We have been using various technologies and methods such as, family visit to identify potential beneficiary of the project. We assessed beneficiary’s family size and sleeping arrangement to understand quantity of mosquito net required. The following are some of the beneficiaries we have identified.

Progress towards implementation of the project:
We have already started the process to recruit six volunteers who will be trained to raise awareness about the prevention of malaria and install the treated mosquito nets to the 600 poorest families in three village panchayats where, currently we are working.
Progress towards purchase of Mosquito Nets:
We have also contacted Mr Siva Samy, managing director of Shobika Aimpex, the largest treated mosquito net supplier in India and beyond. We are waiting for the order confirmation from the company within a week.
Progress towards the project fundraising:
The budgeted total cost of the project is £4,800 but so far we have raised only £2,500. We have just over a month left to fundraise the remaining so please make a donation to the project today if you can afford and share the project among your family, friends and colleagues.
