It is summer so many of us are familiar with the buzz of mosquitos and the annoying bites that make us itchy and uncomfortable.
In Mali, however, mosquito bites are more than annoying. They are deadly.
Treated mosquito nets are the most cost-efficient and effective tool we have to elminate malaria. We subsidize over 75% of the cost so that villagers can easily afford to protect themselves and their families. During the 13-14 operating year, we plan to expand our mosquito net project to meet the demand of villagers.
We thank you for your support of this project so that we can meet our objective to have every village family covered (literally and figuratively) against Malaria.
Thanks for being part of the solution!
