Sheepcare community centre has been committed to transforming lives in poor communites through provision of quality education, health, water ana sanitaion and feeding programme. This has caused  potentials to children who would have left school complete secondary or university level and become responsible citizens. The key to this - MOTIVATE STAFF! We have a total of 51 volunteer staff who have come on board to help achieve this course.

Being that they have dedicated their time and talents to be part of this vision, there is a great need to give them some stipends at the end of the month to carter for their needs so that their families would not be affected by the fact that they gave themselves to this course, however this is not done at any predetermined rates and only based on the availability of funds, which we heavily really on donors and the GlobalGiving Campaigns. This has led to uncertainity to some of the staff who have always opted out in search of greener pastures. GlobalGiving Foundation has been of greater help to us, since through the campaigns we have been able to raise money to pay the staff occasionally.

On behalf of Sheepcare Community Centre, I take this opportunity to thank you for putting a smile on the face of our staff at least for the month October 2023. Through the September Little by Little GlobalGiving campaign we managed to clear some salary arrears and sustain the feeding program and enables girls to have some sanitary towel and inner clothes.

Our desire is that our supporters may commit something small every month because staffs need to be paid monthly. Already we have a committment of an average of $600 which will pay 5 staff. Imagine having ten (10) such donors per month, staff arrears would be a thing of the past and we will witness what a motivated staff can do! Our performance would improve and many pupils and Students would have a great future as they finish successfully and be responsible.
