National Scholarship Program in the United States

Dear Supporter,

In the United States there are countless youths who do not have access to opportunities that will allow them to reach their full potential. The aim of this program is be open to young leaders who have shown initiative, passion and commitment within their own community. We need to be able to provide access to skills to these individuals so that it creates a pathway to other opportunities.  

It is very important for us at this point to access how we can re-launch this initiative and create more awareness so that it reaches the youth that so desperately need it. The National Scholarship Program in the US is all about offering opportunities to youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. The opportunities will allow them, not only to grow as individuals through life experience, work experience and training, but equip them with the confidence to work towards improving the situations of others within their own communities.

We here at the GVI-CT believe that when we have the opportunity to see and experience how other people live, work and play we can grow as individuals and becoming more aware and concerned citizens. An awareness outside of our own realities that we can bring home and use to facilitate personal and professional growth. Once we equip young people with hard and soft skills, confidence and knowledge they can return to their communities and become an inspiration to those around them.
