Armenia: Help those impacted by the crisis

Thank you for supporting this project. Families and individuals recently displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh into Armenia will be rebuilding their lives for years to come. We at NEF are grateful for your support, which ensures that we can continue to be a reliable partner in their recovery. 

Through NEF's challenge fund, ten of our trusted community partner organizations in Armenia are now launching priority initiatives to provide relief and recovery assistance for individuals and families affected by the displacement crisis since September 2023. These initiatives will directly support 73 displaced households - including 68 women, 45 people with disabilities, and 21 youth. The projects address a variety of needs and priorities for relief and recovery such as:

• support for sustainable livelihoods through training, essential tools, and job opportunities - with a focus on women's entrepreneurship
• assistive devices for people with disabilities
• provision of bread and priority household items such as beds, heaters, and washing machines
• legal support and advice
• psychological assistance
