As winter strikes the temperatures can go down to almost 4 degrees Celsius, and in these temperature little children of the NUR Foundation Schools show up every day come rain or shine.
The students of NUR Foundation Schools come from impoverished backgrounds and whatever the circumstances they come for a chance for to be educated. For a chance to be able to follow their dreams and make them a reality.
These young souls with their bright eyes and contagious smiles might have very little but their determination and courage makes our heart swell with pride. It add meaning to the work we do and to see them grow as they have become productive members of society.
While this project is for new clothes for Eid which is celebrated by Muslims across the globe however given the cold weather last week students from the Malikpur branch were given sweaters, socks and shoes.
We all traveled to Malikpur branch from Lahore which is an hour’s drive and participated in the activity. While giving clothes on Eid is a tradition but sometimes their needs to be met as and when its is required.
We hope you will keep supporting us and thank you for everything
