These results are the outcome of 17 years of Sitawi’s work driving positive impact in the Amazon.
26 Amazon-based enterprises strengthened: Through Sitawi’s Platform, businesses rooted in the forest gained access to capital, fostering a new economy that values standing forests and provides income for families who live from them.
320,000+ people impacted: Each life transformed is a link in the chain of Amazon protection. They are the forest’s guardians, now with more opportunities, a better quality of life, and greater recognition.
5 million hectares conserved: This is more than preserved forest. It means a balanced climate, protected biodiversity, and a sustainable future being cared for with responsibility.
10 biodiversity value chains supported: From Brazil nut to açaí to andiroba, strengthening these value chains nurtures a living, diverse, and regenerative economy, made by and for the Amazon.
