The works in the Ward of Respiratory Diseases have started ten days ago. Twenty windows have already been installed. Despite of the fact that the windows are being changed, it was impossible to close the ward, during this time children with respiratory diseases continue their therapy. At the moment there are 19 children, Ten patient rooms have new windows now. The works are done qualitatively. There are two teams of workers. One team is removing the old windows and installing the new ones, and the other team is responsible for the finishing works around the windows .
Children and parents are happy because it is much warmer and the new windows can be opened for airing.
Doctors and medical staff are delighted by the success of this project before the beginning of winter. Absolutely, the effectiveness of the treatment will be much improved in these new conditions.
This project is scheduled to be accomplished by November 25 and a final report will be presented then. I would like to express sincere gratitude to all the staff at the Global Giving for collaboration and of course, to all donors for their contributions that helped this project become a success. Thank you!
