Besme Insani continues its efforts to support vulnerable children in Syria through a specialized program focused on treating and monitoring cases of malnutrition. The initiative aims to improve children's health and protect them from the serious consequences of inadequate nutrition.
This week, 40 children benefited from the program, receiving essential healthcare services, nutritional supplements, and ongoing medical monitoring designed to improve their health and support healthy growth and development.
Many children in affected communities face significant challenges in accessing nutritious food and adequate healthcare. As a result, malnutrition remains a serious concern, impacting children's physical growth, cognitive development, and overall well-being. Young children are particularly vulnerable, as proper nutrition during the early stages of life is critical for healthy development.
Through this project, each child’s condition was carefully assessed and monitored by qualified healthcare staff. Beneficiaries received nutritional supplements and appropriate medical support based on their individual needs. Families were also provided with guidance on proper nutrition and preventive measures to help protect children from further health complications.
The program has already shown positive results, with noticeable improvements observed among several of the children receiving support. These outcomes highlight the importance of early intervention and continued nutritional and medical care for vulnerable children.
We extend our sincere gratitude to all donors and supporters who contributed to the success of this initiative. Your generosity is helping children regain their health, improve their quality of life, and build a stronger foundation for a healthier future.
