The BESME INSANI team continued its nutrition support activities this week, providing assistance to 25 children suffering from malnutrition in Syria. The program aims to improve children's health, promote healthy growth, and reduce the risks associated with inadequate nutrition.
The intervention included regular health assessments, growth monitoring, and the provision of nutritional supplements and therapeutic support tailored to each child’s needs. Caregivers also received guidance on proper nutrition practices and child health care.
Through these efforts, children gained access to essential nutritional support that contributes to their recovery and overall well-being. Continuous monitoring helped identify additional needs and ensured that children received appropriate follow-up care.
Parents and caregivers expressed appreciation for the support provided, emphasizing the positive impact it has had on their children's health and development. The project serves as an important step toward protecting vulnerable children from the long-term effects of malnutrition.
Continued investment in child nutrition programs remains essential to safeguarding children's health and helping them achieve a healthier future.
