Children living in camps and conflict-affected communities face increasing health risks due to food shortages and limited access to essential services. Malnutrition remains one of the most serious threats to children's health, affecting their physical growth, cognitive development, and overall well-being.
To help address this challenge, BESME INSANI launched a nutrition support program for children suffering from malnutrition. The initiative provided therapeutic food, nutritional supplements, and regular health monitoring to support recovery and improve long-term health outcomes.
A total of 49 children benefited from the program. The nutritional assistance helped improve health indicators and supported healthier growth and development among participating children.
In addition, the BESME INSANI team provided guidance to mothers and caregivers on healthy feeding practices and child nutrition, helping families better protect their children from future nutritional risks.
The program brought hope to families concerned about their children's health and future. Many children showed noticeable improvement during the follow-up period, demonstrating the importance of timely nutritional intervention.
BESME INSANI remains committed to supporting vulnerable children through programs that promote health, dignity, and a brighter future.
