Children remain among the most vulnerable victims of conflict and displacement in Syria. Many families struggle to provide adequate nutrition and healthcare, leaving children at risk of malnutrition and its serious consequences on growth, development, and overall well-being.
To address this urgent need, BESME INSANI implemented a specialized nutrition support program for children suffering from malnutrition. The initiative provided therapeutic food, nutritional supplements, and regular follow-up care to help children recover and regain their strength.
A total of 58 children benefited from the program. The support improved health indicators and increased opportunities for healthy growth and recovery. The BESME INSANI team also provided guidance to caregivers on proper nutrition practices and child care.
Many children showed significant improvement during the monitoring period, bringing relief and hope to their families. Parents expressed gratitude for the support that helped protect their children's health and future.
BESME INSANI believes every child deserves the opportunity to grow up healthy and safe.
