We are grateful for your continued support of the Nutritious School Meals for Girls in Rural Uganda Project. Your generosity is helping create learning environments where girls can focus on education rather than hunger.
During this reporting period, nutritious meals were provided to vulnerable girls attending partner schools. Teachers reported that students were arriving at school more regularly and participating more actively in lessons. Improved nutrition has contributed to better concentration, increased energy levels, and stronger academic engagement.
Many of the girls supported by this project come from families facing significant economic hardship. School meals provide essential nourishment and help reduce the burden on households struggling to meet basic needs.
The project team continued to work closely with school administrators and community leaders to ensure effective implementation and accountability. Monitoring activities confirmed that resources were reaching the intended beneficiaries.
The positive impact of the program extends beyond education. Improved nutrition supports physical growth, emotional well-being, and self-confidence among participating girls.
Thank you for helping us create classrooms free from hunger. Together, we are giving girls the opportunity to learn, thrive, and build brighter futures.
